Juan Delgado.

good day, for already some time, a rebosante Juan of optimism I
have been commenting with a smile of ear ear. - "I am going to record
a disc". false I of my, him respondi yet type of parabienes, while it
thought:. (another one iluso that is going to finish desespereado
looking for company). But it mistakes to me. Luckyly, it mistakes to
me. Now, with this disc between the hands, the reason for my error
this clear one:. "excellent melodias, interpretation, and production
forms a short list to which nobody can resist:. contemporary
instrumental music offers some moments that can get to be magicians":.
I have found many in this work. Congratulations, Juan. fdo. JORGE FLO.
The music of Juan Delgado has a rare merit:. the aroma to earth,
something that is not frequent in the sweetened one and eterea
instrumental music that has in the last settled years, and that, by
their lack of emotional texture have perhaps begun has to languish.
"Its disc this fact with the heart, that it is an unusual value, and
there is or breath moved in the compositions that command on the
artifice". Mediterranean felt Latin American echoes, pinceladas and a
light Jazzistico steam are the condimentos. The Melodias is simple and
rich as feelings and it has you seal rythmical substantial and
contained. But it has, mainly, a sincerity that matters to me. "For
that reason I believe in this collection of done pieces by hand and
want to observe the way that crosses east musician parlanchin, true
and something ingenuous, like the certain things". Fdo. XABIER
REKALDE. Juan Delgado has recently composed the sound track of
documentary "All by the sea", narrated by Miguel Bose. He has
collaborated with plastic artists also.

Ther It went

Did you see it?Which way did it go..?Why old Christmas, of course, I mean, there I was,all fired up to launch the old crimbo campaign with a sure fire mega- hit- xmas number one number, when..
everything that could pop up to prevent me going near a microphone did pop up.For a frantic couple of weeks leading up to the xmas break, my feet didn't touch, stuff coming at me from all angles, I was putting out fires all over the place,if you see what I mean.
Anyhow, the sad result was my megastar building
guaranteed hit missed the bus!Well, there's always
next year, and at least I'll have a head start then.
So, it's early Feb,& what's in the pipe line?
Well, I've been doing some reviewing on a couple of other sites, which I found was a rich and fulfilling
experience, helped me look at my work with a more
critical eye, so I've begun a period of reworking,
getting more of the recordings' production values
higher, taking note mostly of reviews of my work
with one or two rather aggressive not to say rude
& unhelpful exceptions. Many of them have been
positive, although sparse on detail to be of much use,and a few others, quite complimentary.
On balance, I'd say a well structured review can
be of enormous benefit to a relative novice on the recording desk like me, & I need all the help I can
get(Without breaking the bank, that is.)I certainly
take the time to set down as much detail in my
criticisms/evaluations as is practically possible, to
help the growing artist, as I would wish for myself.
Well, whatever, it's a good thing to get involved in, from both sides.I'll shortly be re-uploading my
song"Tomorrow-Reworked"-title self explanetory,
hopefully within the next two weeks, as a result of
some helpful evaluations.Hey-keep looking in, you're
good to have around.
ciao, MIKI DEZ

Weisskaeppchen

Was willst du mit zwei Nieren?

A christmas log blog

Yes, it's that time again, so I thought I'd be conventional & write a cheesy xmas song. The way it's going, it'll be here on the site within a couple of weeks, so give it an ear.It actually tells a true story
of a christmas I once had, way back when you could buy a pint for two groats & half a sheep. It is an addition to the "Microzen" album, (growing all the time)maybe producing yet another xmas number
is an "un-indie" thing to do, I don't know, this whole
webload/stream thing is a completely new adventure for me this last few months, & it's been good for me, made me get on with the music production bit,it gives me somewhere to go with all
my stuff, whatever the genre, so if this latest idea
makes me uncool, condemned as a henceforth unredeamable coffin-dodger, if I enjoy the journey,
I won't fret about the destination.Hey, remember this-form is temporary, talent is forever.(I paraphrase to fit my argument).
Anyhow, the die is cast, the mikijingle machine has
swung into action.See you around-Miki.

A Songwriter's Dream

By way of introduction, let me say right off, that
like many out there, it took me a while to figure
out whether I was a musician who writes, or a
writer who plays music.Thing is, when your experience of the performance art has involved
not only gigging in bands, but actual theatre
writing, performing,& production(very small scale, though) then, it's not so clear what you are anymore.I just know that I can't even go one day
without even thinking about music, or singing a few
songs, either at work, or in the bath, whatever.
So that's me, an addict of rhythm, melody,& well
defined song structure, encompassing all manner
of stories & emotions.For me, it's all there,fun,
excitement,drama, pathos,even terror, a whole
gambit, & I find it in all kinds of music, doesn't
matter where. That's why I like Indie type sites
like this, because the range is big, & needn't break
the bank to access it.Of course, to a certain extent
we're all hopefuls, wannabees, & yet at the same time perhaps we can be supportive of a common
ideal-for me, that's great,& most of us probably
agree it can only be a good thing.
Mainly I write songs, & lay down the numbers I feel
I can handle vocally,& of course cut all the instrumentals I create, & gradually I'm building up
a catalogue of work, & that's my main focus,
writing & recording, not live gigs anymore-but hey,
if you can sing, maybe you're looking for a song..
that's my dream-what's yours....?
