Recording artist Scott Aaronson is a Los Angeles based self-taught published ASCAP guitarist and musician, as well as a singer, songwriter, lyricist, arranger, producer, actor, published photographer, and even a professional private chef! This well-rounded artist's CD "Show Me" was originally released last summer, and the title track is a wonderful, multi-layered, soaring love song with a deep, rich melody. With a style described as indie, acoustic, folk rock, and folk pop, Scott's sound is warm, personal, and inviting. The song "I'm Leaving," which was featured on the FX Network's award-winning show, Rescue Me, is an atmospheric, mood-setting piece, that mid-way through, turns into a powerful and perfectly performed duet heard at soul-level.

The samples of new music currently in production with a Grammy Winning Producer Brett Chassen prove to be yet even better than his current works. There is also the lighthearted "Billy Black Corn Nut," a combination folk/country tale about a Delta boy with a mixed up family. This song is not your typical commercial track but a funny and whimsical tale you most certainly have to pay attention to in order to understand it's hilarity. Scott Aaronson is a very talented artist whose name will surely become familiar to us all.

Kacey Musgraves is a singer songwriter-Texas born and Texas proud. She has been performing professionally from an early age, learning instruments and playing live shows.

A major, recent stop on her musical journey was appearing on the 5th season of USA Network's, "Nashville Star". She was one of ten finalists selected out of over 20,000 hopefuls vying for a spot on the show-but didn't win. "Nashville Star was an amazing opportunity. I definitely don't see not winning as a bad thing. I'm young and I've got plenty of time to earn my grit on the road. I'm not a quitter." Kacey wrote 10 of the 12 songs on the album, several of which were co-written with fellow Texan, Miranda Lambert. "Writing is such a huge part of who I am. I want my music to be taken serious. It's my story...no one's gonna write it for me." The songs that weren't written by Kacey on the album are two well deserving, well chosen covers. "I grew up hearing Neil Young at home and was inspired to pick up the harmonica, so cutting, "Heart of Gold" felt natural. I'd call myself an old-soul. I picked out an old "Byrd's" album from my grandpa's record collection. When I heard the song, "You're Still On My Mind", I knew instantly I had to cut it." Kacey's music hints of influences like Loretta Lynn, Chris Knight, Radney Foster and Tom Petty with a love for old-school country music. She enjoys performing live and loud and plays the mandolin, guitar and harmonica. "I want to see more girls playing on the Texas music scene. So I'm going to put myself out there, work hard, and have fun."
Kacey has 1967 Ford Mustang and she's not afraid to tell you it's got ". . . a 351 Windsor, C-4 trans and 3:50 gears. It runs pretty fast and I like to smoke the tires every now and then." Other down time is spent outdoors four-wheeling and fishing.
This spitfire brunette is proving she has something to say and real, honest music to be heard. Texas has taken notice.
