The Cur Dogs

"Genuine", "Bona fide". "The Real Thing". These are words that have been used to describe The Cur Dogs. Tal Lohr's voice is as rough as his hands, wrought with the labor and forelorned pain of Midwestern life. Love, loss, double cross and heart-ache are all prominent in his voice and obvious in his demeanour. The Cur Dogs provide snapshots of a life that doesn't always go as planned and often leads to desperation and disappointment.

Tal Lohr, together with friend, writing partner, and lead guitarist Jeff German formed The Cur Dogs in the Fall of 2008. The Cur Dogs are equal parts home-grown ditties and visceral rants. Throttled with the power of three guitars across the front (Tal Lohr, vocals, guitar/,Jeff German/lead guitar, Steve McGann/bass) the Cur Dogs are aptly named; for as a band, they don't bother to bark but go straight to the growl.

I'm going to be 14 this year. I love Linkin Park. I'm from Singapore. I play drums, guitar and I do vocals too. I've finished my end of year exams and have a two moth holiday. I plan to finish my mini home made album by the end of november. It is going to be a solo project. I have done a music video on my own and I'm still looking for a band around me area.

Fab Box are formed by Fabrizio Ugolini, formerly member of the Italian 80´s hard rock band revenge, and Massimo Bozzi, whose credits as producer, arranger and musician include Italian pop stars as Mina, Audio 2, Lucio Dalla, Stadio e Biago Antonacci, and also two solo album published by EMI.

Sharing the same passion for the sounds of bands and artists like Toto, Journey, Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, made Fabrizio and Massimo to start writing songs together.

Lately, the duo is joined by the L.A. producer Fabrizio Grossi to write songs for artists like Joseph Williams (Vertigo 2) & Danny Vaugh (From The Inside).

In 2009 to celebrate their ten years artistic partnership, Fab Box release "Music From The Fab Box", an album including 13 of their songs written in this decade with the collaboration of various guest musicians, like the already mentioned Fabrizio Grosso on bass, Italian guitarist Paulo "Red Crotalo" Pedretti and the drummer Elyan Fernova.

Kim Burton

Kim Burton is a 20 year old vocalist from Christchurch, New Zealand. She has loved singing from a young age, but only began to pursue it as she reached high school. Her first performances began, taking part in school productions and events. Beginning weekly private vocal training, she then began to learn to play guitar to compliment her singing. Through vocal training she was given opportunities to sing at local markets, bars and restaurants, which she grasped with both hands.

Her love of music is spread widely across genres, from Soul to Pop to Rock to Hip-Hop. She loves to put her own spin on songs, from Johnny Cash to Eva Cassidy.

When she started university, Kim had to put singing on hold, but has picked it back up, taking vocal lessons at Voodoo Music Studio while still studying. Several years later, this has led her to release her first single 'Lingering Goodbye,' written by Ryan Neville and recorded at Voodoo Music Studio. The song is dedicated to, and funded by her late uncle.

About Rich: I've been singing and playing guitar from early on. Influenced by the guitar greats of the 60's and 70's, my style is all encompassing, from rock, blues to jazz, if it's good music and gets people on board, that's the reward for me."

I teach music and guitar at "The Academy of Performing Arts" in Orleans, MA. I'm also a vocalist and guitarist for "The Experimental Ensemble of Cape Cod" in Hyannis, MA. I was the vocalist and guitarist for Dick Stocks' Cape Cod based dance trio "Nitelife" I played with Paul Boudreau's dance band "Private Life" Also played with "Crush," "Sonny Beach Band,"
"X-15" and the "Specifics."

About Mario: I've been singing and playing from my early high school days. My influence goes back to the early days of Rock and Roll to the present. I attended many Alan Freed spectacular Rock and Roll shows at the Brooklyn Fox Theater in NY. I love music of all kinds. I believe a song can bring a little peace and civility into this crazy world, even if it's only for a few minutes at a time.

I was an A&R director for VistaSonic Productions in NYC. I sang and played with Matt Ferrara's band "Impact," Matt was the saxaphonist for "Joey Dee & The Starlighters" before he formed his own band. I sang and played guitar with Rick Scozzi's "Creations." Sang with Lou Caggiano and "Shepp." And sang and played (too) many club dates.

About Rich a & Mario: We are working musicians and songwriters who perform live, produce and record as well. We're just two guys who can't get enough Rock and Roll music. It's in every fiber of our being. We eat, sleep and breath the stuff. We love to listen to it, but we especially like playing it for anyone who feels the same as we do. I think our tag line says it best: "You're never to old to Rock N' Roll, if you're too young to die!"
