Angels Calling is the 8th song to be played in a line up of 11. We're about 1 hour and 4 minutes in but make sure you check out the rest of the show too. As well as being a great show, the other artists featured are all rather good and hugely varied.

We were joined in Fridays' rehearsal by Mr Jason Challis (of Contraband) who will be filling in on bass guitar for us. We've known Jason for years and it was good to be playing with him again.
 
Having the bass definitely helped flesh out the arrangements and now we're just going to be learning for live performance as many of our tracks as possible. Looking forward to getting them out on the road!

We've finally ventured out from the studio and congregated on a small rehearsal room just outside of town.

Dismantling the songs down to their bare bones and reassembling them in a fashion fit for live performance without loosing anything in translation presents it's own set of challenges, but they are being met and we'll soon be on our way to putting a live set together.

The biggest question is which tracks to include and which ones to leave for now? If only it were possible to play everything live but sadly the bars don't stay open late enough.

We're looking forward to hitting the live scene again very soon and we'll keep you posted with all things Nexus.
