Formed in March 2000 by Ray Jones, RAM2000 (Remote Access Musicians) became one of the rare British virtual bands to make a significant impact on the independent music circuit in America. Released in 2001 Dance In The Rainbow was RAMs first and only album which done very well on the US music circuit. The music is a blend of Dance, Techno, Trance, Pop and Hip Hop which is mixed to create quite a unique sound. Two tracks from the album were submitted to the JPF Music awards held in America in 2001. Both tracks made the final 15 from 35,000 entries. Not a bad feat for a virtual band. I am also the Producer of RAM2000 and Director of RaysMix Records here in the UK.
